SURREAL BUSINESS RULES

Shipping - Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping unless the order is over $65.

The shipping cost is based on weight and travel distance of the package. 

Once your order is processed a tracking number will be given. Give your package 3-7 business days to arrive based on shipping facility. 

 

Services - Clients are responsible for a $15 deposit to secure a date and time for their desired appointment. Deposit is included in the total price. 

 

Late Fees - I am very understanding just communicate with me! After the first 15 mins of your appointment it will be an additional $15 to your total . After 30 mins you will be asked to reschedule and given the option to transfer your deposit to another appointment time.  

I am human, if for some reason I am late for your appointment or have you waiting while I’m finishing someone else I will accommodate you for the inconvenience. 

 

Cancellations - Once your desired appointment is confirmed you are able to cancel and reschedule one time, you MUST communicate with me atleast an hour prior to your appointment . 

 No call no shows will result in a non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit and you will be asked to pay 50% of your next appointment to book again. 

I am human, if for some reason I have to cancel your appointment I will refund your deposit in full and also reschedule you for the next most convenient appointment for the both of us. 

 

Refund - If you have any issues, please communicate with me so that we can work something out that accompanies the both of us.  Deposits are non refundable and product purchases are also non-refundable.
